Let’s Reconnect With Food.
Many of us have lost our connection to food and have replaced it with packaged, fast, and processed dead meals. Treat yourself right by adding in the highest vibrational and electrically charged foods to your life. These foods include fresh raw fruits, vegetables, herbs, seaweeds, nuts, and seeds.
Cooking food destroys over 80 percent of its nutritional value so as we add more raw living food into our diet, you will see dramatic results and changes in your overall health and well being. Just adding in a few uncooked meals weekly to your diet brings immediate changes.
Raw living food is “natural food” that is unprocessed, unrefined, and untreated with heat over the critical temperature of 118 degrees (the temperature which it is believed most of the enzymes are lost). When food is heated at higher temperatures, we begin to denature the nutrients, vitamins, minerals, proteins, enzymes, and water content. The main food groups are fresh fruits, vegetables, and natural fats such as avocados, coconut, seeds, and nuts. Other foods enjoyed in a raw food lifestyle are sprouts, fermented foods, sea vegetables, super-foods, and sweeteners.
“It is important not only to know what to eat but how to mix these foods properly to get the optimum benefit from them —the art of food combining.”
“The highest nutritional and electrical-energy foods on the planet are fresh raw fruits, vegetables, herbs, seaweeds, nuts and seeds. These are the foods for humans. It is essential that you eat at least 80 percent of your diet from fresh, ripe, raw, fruits and vegetables. These foods carry the power of life in them. They are full of enzymes, vitamins, minerals (tissue salts), amino acids, antioxidants, simple sugars, water, electricity and much more.”
